The Countdown to Christmas Begins with the Air Jordan 1 Mid "Red Pomegranate"

Jordan Brand are gearing up for the holidays with a series of winter-ready styles, and the Jordan 1 Mid is the latest in the line-up to get the festive treatment. Images of the Air Jordan 1 Mid SE "Red Pomegranate" have emerged in time for the upcoming holiday season, so if you’re looking to add a little colour to your winter rotation, this could be the shoe for you.

Whilst AJ1 Mids were previously subjected to quite a bad reputation, the silhouette has found favour this year, with colourway after colourway guaranteed to sell out. This red Air Jordan 1 Mid starts off with a bright red matte leather base, spreading across the tongues, quarters, perforated toe box and ankle collar. On top of this, the AJ1 overlays are treated to patent panelling in a "Pomegranate" shade, reminiscent of a Christmas tree ornament, which smooths over the shoe from the mudguards to the Nike Swoosh.

A darker red Jumpman logo is embroidered on the tongue of the shoe, and the Air Jordan Wings insignia is embossed on the ankle. Underfoot, the Jordan 1 boasts a crisp white midsole, to add a pop of contrast to the solid red upper, before melting into a red outsole to tie it all up together again.
