The Dover Street Market x adidas Stan Smith Gives a Lesson in Simplicity

Proving that this season, simple and effective is the way forward, the upcoming Dover Street Market x adidas Stan Smith nods to the iconic store’s penchant for monochromatic designs. This launch sees two pared-back Stan Smiths take the stage, utilising key branding, luxe fabrics and instantly recognisable details.

Both iterations are crafted from smooth leather with carefully placed stitching ensuring durability throughout the silhouette. In place of the usual green heel panel, DSM have opted for a tonal heel instead which will instantly set this Stan Smith aside from the rest in your collection. Branding comes in the form of a trefoil logo on the right heel and a Dover Street Market logo on the left. adidas’s iconic three stripes are kept subtle and come in the form of simple perforations to the medial side.

Dropping in one white finish and one black, both are equally effortless to style courtesy of their pared-back finish. Set to drop on the 9th April on Dover Street Market’s website, the Dover Street Market x adidas Stan Smith will set you back £130 and we think they’re worth every single penny.
