The Game Of Thrones x adidas Ultra Boost Collection FINALLY Has A Release Date

With the final season just around the corner, adidas has finally unleashed its Game Of Thrones Ultra Boost collection, and it definitely one of their best collaborations ever. First leaked in the summer of 2018, the six-sneaker range is made to celebrate the beginning and the end of the one of the most popular TV shows in history.

Paying homage to the fantasy drama's houses, including House Lannister, House Stark, and House Targaryen, the hotly anticipated range is also inspired by major aspects of the HBO series, including the White Walkers, the Night's Watch, and of course, Targaryen's Dragons. This is represented through each UB's colour scheme, as well as a custom tag that graces the heel. For instance, the White Walkers version says "Winter Is Coming", while House Lannister's edition makes use of their signature motto, "Hear Me Roar".

Of course, like all Ultra Boosts since the beginning of time, each colourway is crafted from Primeknit, with a full cage and heel cup for added stability and support. Down below, a full length Boost midsole is present, complete with a durable Continental outsole. It's worth noting that the Night's Watch iteration boasts a fully reworked outsole which kind of resembles the Ultra Boost All Terrain line-up.

Now, for that all-important release date. The Game Of Thrones x adidas Ultra Boost collection will release with a two day prelaunch via the official adidas app on March 20th. Afterwards, it will drop over at adidas and select stockists on March 22nd, just three weeks before the eighth and final season airs.
