Germany's Three Stripe brand may appear to be focused solely on Kanye West, most especially in the past few months as more colourways of his Yeezy sneakers continue to appear on our radar. However, adidas has certainly been working discretely on something that will have all their long-term fans celebrating. Started in 2003 and ended in 2015, the archived Jeremy Scott x adidas Originals collaboration is now scheduled for a huge comeback and we're absolutely thrilled!
Jeremy Scott, creative director of Moschino and owner of his namesake label, has become recognised for bringing unimaginable designs to fashion and footwear: shoes with stuffed animals on tongues, wings on the side profiles, these are one of many notable concepts Scott has presented in the past. And we have no doubts that the revival of this partnership could only mean that Scott has new-fashioned artistry to bring to the Trefoil table.
For the time being, further details on what this refounded alliance will bring us are rather thin, except a Fall/Winter 21 collection is marked on the release calendar as announced by adidas via Instagram.
