The Jordan Trunner Ultimate is the latest model to launch from Jordan Brand and Nike, and although it may not have the vintage flair that many of us know and love, it’s packed full of top-of-the-range technologies that will elevate your training to new levels.
Designed for a mix of running and training (hence the hybridised name), the Trunner line was first introduced in the early 2000s, and has been a success ever since.
Two colourways are set to launch, a clean sail/black pair and a more vibrant-looking neon green offering. Both are crafted from lightweight technical mesh to minimise weight and optimise comfort, with Jordan Brand Jumpman logos present at both the tongue and heel.
Down below, the midsole presents the most interesting feature, and it’s not one we’ve seen before! The standard sole unit is encased within a diamond-shaped cage that’s said to improve stability during cross-training exercise, which exert a lot of stress on the feet. There’s no doubt that athletes have already put these to the test, so we’re looking forward to seeing the results!
If you’re looking to get your hands on a pair of the Nike Air Jordan Trunner Ultimate, the good news is that it’s set to launch at Nike and selected retailers this week. Whether you’re a top-tier athlete or just starting out, we’ve got no doubts that these will make working out less of a task! While you’re here, check out the Jordan 1 High “Neutral Grey” that’s set to drop soon!
