The brand that brought you the 1906L, New Balance has it all under its wing. Pioneering in the preppy sneaker game, the Boston sportswear giant has been providing us with new styles of sneakers – styles we hadn’t really fathomed before.

Well, now you can get two-in-one in this hybridised silhouette that has the dressier Aimé Leon Dore-style sensibilities of a Wallabee with a runner sole (featuring the NB Abzorb midsole cushioning and an uber-stable heel, comfortable for all-day wear).

After releasing in purple/black and yellow snake-print colourways earlier this year, the 1890A is now being introduced with a suede cow-print upper as well as a mesh pink and silver iteration, both set to drop in the autumn.
