The Nike Air Force 1 Low DNA Nods To The Deconstructed Trend

Proof that the deconstructed trend isn’t going away any time soon, the Nike Air Force 1 Low DNA White takes cues from its own origin story. Inspired by the construction of the bestselling Nike silhouette, each element from the sole up is subtly finished with pre-production details. Available now at Nike UK, hurry as sizes are expected to sellout!

Stealing the limelight on this Nike AF1 is the translucent Swoosh. Sporting a roughly cut frame and tacked on with less-than-perfect stitching, it sits above debossed stamps that read “2 – Film Air”. When you lift the shoe, the translucent outsole is finished with “FULL LENGTH AIR SOLE – A1180” written on the bottom and the final flourish of detail comes in the form of exposed foam on the tongue.

Highly technical and as comfy as ever, these Nike Air Force 1 join some of the brand’s most statement pairs. This year has seen the likes of the Nike Air Force 1 White Type Gold – which also looks to the deconstructed trend – Gore-Tex iterations that deliver on durability and finally, the silhouette’s flight-jacket inspired design that elevates the Nike Air Force 1 to luxury status.
