The Nike Air Zoom Spiridon ‘Signal Blue’ Makes Its Long Awaited Return

Late last year, the sneaker rumour mill was buzzing: could the Nike Air Zoom Spiridon ‘Signal Blue’ really be making a comeback? For sneakerheads in the know, this 1997 classic isn’t just a shoe; it’s a legend. After an all too brief re release in 2005, the Spiridon has been playing hard to get for nearly two decades.

When the rumours of a restock started flying, we tried not to get our hopes up. But hold the phone, Nike just confirmed it. The ‘Signal Blue’ is back, and we’re over here pinching ourselves while speed refreshing our carts like it’s an Olympic sport.

One of the original colourways of this retro running shoe, the Air Zoom Spiridon ‘Signal Blue’ sports a breathable mesh upper in its signature cobalt hue. A durable black mudguard wraps around the base, protecting your kicks from scuffs, while reflective accents outline the upper for some low light style.

The design is anchored by a massive silver Swoosh on the sides, complemented by a smaller red Swoosh on the toebox for added flair. To top it all off, the shoe features a chunky foam midsole infused with Zoom Air technology for superior comfort and performance.
