Earlier this year, we reported that the legendary Nike Dunk Low "Samba" was making a comeback. Made exclusively for Japan back in 2001, it was dubbed by many as the "Ultra Man" after the iconic 1966 Japanese television series. If you want a pair in your collection, it looks like you won't have to wait too long as we finally have a confirmed release date!
With a simple yet striking "Hyper Blue" and "Silver" colour scheme, the "Samba" is crafted from panels of smooth leather throughout. Clean white laces tie everything together, while classic perforations head towards the toe box for the ultimate breathing experience.
Along the lateral and medial sides, you'll find a striking red Nike Swoosh that's been given a carbon fibre-like finish for a racecar-inspired look and feel. This is then complemented with a rubber outsole underfoot, finalising the timeless design.
If you took a L on the Nike Dunk Low "Samba" back in the day, then now's your chance! Scheduled to drop on August 21st, make sure you keep it locked at The Sole Supplier and we'll keep you updated with the latest release info, stockists, and raffles! In related news, the Nike Dunk Low "Ugly Duckling Pack" is making a full comeback!
