At this point we've kind of lost count of how many Dunks are in the works, but if we're being honest, we're not complaining whatsoever. One of the most iconic basketball sneakers in history we've always had a soft spot for the silhouette, and colourways like the Nike Dunk Low "University Red" are huge reasons why.
Completely inverting the OG "University Red" which was inspired by the 1985 "Be True To Your School" pack, this brand new version flips the colour scheme so that the red hues act as the base while the panelling is painted in a crisp white colourway. A Nike Swoosh shoots across the lateral and medial side panels, while additional branding can be found on the tongue and heel, stitched to perfection.
The Beaverton brand could've left it there and called it a day, but instead, they've lined the midsole with a complementary red rubber outsole that ties everything together perfectly, finalising the design.
Not much else us known about the Nike Dunk Low "University Red/White" at this moment in time, but we know that it'll dropping before the end of the year. Let us know if you'll be adding these to your collection, and in related news, another ACG-inspired Nike SB Dunk Low is in the works!
