We don't exactly know what the Swoosh has planned, but whatever it is we want part of it. After take an on-foot look at the Ford GT40-inspired "Club 58", we're now getting a sneak peek at the upcoming Nike SB Dunk Low "Pink Pig" that's also inspired by a classic Le Mans racecar, more specifically, the Porsche Le Mans "Pink Pig" from 1971.
While it may look quite simple from the outset, every single detail has been well thought out, paying direct homage to the "Truffle Hunter of Zuffenhausen". Painted in a pastel pink palette, the entire Dunk Low is crafted from pigskin suede with bright red contrast stitching that's seen throughout the car itself.
A Nike Swoosh shoots across the lateral and medial side panels, and just like the car, the bottom is done up with black rubber that bears a striking resemblance to a set of wheels.
At this moment in time, pretty much nothing else is known about the Nike SB Dunk Low "Pink Pig", though it's expected to hit shelves sometime in 2021. Let us know what you think of this speedy colourway, and while you're here, you might as well get up close with the Supreme x Nike SB Dunk Low "Black" and "Mean Green"!
