The Nike Space Hippie 01 Arrives In Two Brand-New Colourways

Originally launched this time last year, Nike’s Space Hippie collection has proven popular amongst sneakerheads and each silhouette from the collection has now seen plenty of different colourways. The Space Hippie 01 is easily one of the most wearable pairs out of the lot and official images of two brand-new colourways have just landed, could these be the best yet?

Titled “Obsidian” and “Melon Tint” there’s no doubt at all that these are both exceptionally strong options for the upcoming spring season. Read on for a closer look at the pairs and a deep dive into the specs right here at The Sole Supplier.

First up, the “Obsidian” keeps things clean by opting for a navy colour-palette across the Space Waste Yarn uppers, with a Nike Swoosh intarsia showcasing a bold take on branding across the lateral sides. This hue is complemented with green pull-tabs and orange rope-style laces for a futuristic and utilitarian look.

The “Melon Tint” variant offers up a more summer-friendly look, with a pale ivory upper section accompanied with hits of baby-blue and pink for an exceptionally strong combination! Nike Swoosh logos are located on the lateral side while a pinwheel logo takes pride of place on the heel tab for a vintage touch.
