The Pigalle x Air Jordan 1 Is Wrapped in Vibrant Velvet

Stéphane Ashpool is certainly no stranger when it comes to Nike collaborations, but the upcoming Pigalle x Air Jordan 1 collection has got to be his most unique yet. Spotted during the French label's Fall/Winter 2021 runway showcase, Michael Jordan's signature shoe has been completely transformed from heel to toe, and we're taking our first look yet!

Unveiled in four tonal colourways including a vibrant fuchsia, a dark grey, an avocado-like green, and a clean light grey, Pigalle's take on the Air Jordan 1 is completely wrapped in buttery soft velvet. Classic details such as the Swoosh have been elegantly stitched on to the lateral and medial side panels, while the legendary winged basketball emblem is finely debossed onto the collar for a sleek and seamless aesthetic.

Down below, you'll find a crisp white Nike Air midsole for comfort both on the court and on the catwalk, and everything is rounded off with a plush inner lining for comfort and cushioning that'll last forever.
