With his long-awaited ASICS GEL-Lyte 3 dropping in Europe later this month, it looks like the Sean Wotherspoon x adidas Superstar "Super Earth" release is also imminent. Launching just in time to celebrate the iconic silhouette's 50th anniversary, the "Super Earth" is crafted from 100% plant-based materials. From the white synthetic leather upper all the way to the cork insole, every single aspect has the environment's best interests at heart. In fact, even the laces are made from recycled paper.

Co-branded detailing graces the tongue and heel, and of course, you can't talk about this Superstar without mentioning the stitched-on flower pattern along the lateral and medial panels that actually drapes below the midsole. While this has caused quite a stir amongst sneakerheads, it keeps in line with the Round Two co-founder's signature thrifted aesthetic.
