The Shinpei Ueno x Converse Collaboration Arrives with the Artist's Signature Tattoos

Converse is a footwear brand that has remained present for many generations now. Regardless of your age, these classic shoes are recognisable to you no matter what. Working in collaboration with renowned Japanese skater Shinpei Ueno, who so happens to be part of the brand's skateboarding team, the Converse Pro SK Hi and Slip-On SK have arrived with a unique design.

Both skateboarding Converse shoes are constructed with a luxurious velvet coating from heel to toe. Even the counterparts elevate this theme by way of leather slabs on various sectors and waxed laces.

Now what sets this apart from other Converse shoes on the market are the phoenix tattoo-style embroidery that nods directly to the ones on Ueno's legs. As for their colour arrangement, the high-top pair sees a predominant black setup while the slip-ons are blanched-out.
