The countdown to the 2026 FIFA World Cup has begun, and the football world is buzzing. Players are preparing to showcase both cutting edge innovation and a reverence for the game's history. Nike joined this effort, and delivered something special earlier this year: the rerelease of the Total 90 III indoor shoe from 2004. And now they’re coming in three ‘lifestyle’ ready silhouettes.
This shoe holds a special place in football history. Its distinct offset lacing and the prominent '90' branding immediately identify it. Many legendary players wore the T90 franchise, and this third silhouette quickly captivated a new generation of fans during its recent return. Nike brought back several original colourways, which sparked powerful nostalgia for those who remember the early 2000s. A strong selection of entirely new designs also keeps people interested, particularly those who want their footwear to make a real statement.
Now, for its latest trick, this retro footballing shoe takes on three striking, faux snakeskin makeovers. We see "Fire Red," "Parachute Beige," and "Pale Ivory" shades dominate the upper, where you'll find the shoe's classic branding elements appearing across both sides. Underfoot, the sole unit discreetly steps back, allowing the vibrant, wild patterns up top to command all the attention.
The Nike Total 90 III Snakeskin are expected to drop on 1st July, for £110 on Nike.com and select retailers. To give yourself the best chance of picking these up at retail, hit that 'Notify me' button!
