After dropping the Union LA x Air Jordan 4 "Tent and Trail" Collection back in June, the Los Angeles boutique has now reunited with Jordan Brand for the Union LA x Air Jordan 2 "Grey Fog"! A collaboration that leaked last month, this is the first time that we're taking a look at the actual shoe in question, and if we're being honest, these are so much better than the mock-ups.
Giving the classic Bruce Kilgore-designed shoe a deconstructed aesthetic, Union LA's first take on the Air Jordan 2 arrives in a crisp "Grey Fog" colourway. The ankle is done up in a waterproof nylon complete with stitched-on circles, while the rest of the upper is wrapped in buttery smooth suede.
Bold blue and soft yellow accents descend upon the laces and eyelets, and down below you'll find a crisp white Nike Air midsole that's as comfortable as ever. To round it all off, signature ULA tags adorn the collar with a shipping label-inspired design, finalising the latest collaboration the grace the AJ2.
Set to drop alongside a "Rattan" colourway, the Union LA x Nike Air Jordan 2 SP WMNS "Grey Fog" is expected to be a women's exclusive, though this has yet to be officially confirmed. Rumoured for a Spring 2022 launch, make sure you keep it locked at The Sole Supplier for your best chance to cop, and if you're not sure what size to cop, check out our handy Air Jordan 2 size guide!
