The Vivienne Westwood x ASICS GEL-Kayano 26 is Dropping This Weekend!

Vivienne Westwood is no stranger when it comes with ASICS collaborations, but her latest endeavour may just be her most ambitious yet. Brand new for Fall/Winter 2020, the Vivienne Westwood x ASICS GEL-Kayano 26 takes one of the Japanese footwear brand's most iconic silhouettes and gives it a high fashion twist.

A homage to the British designer's "Nostalgia of Mud" Collection which debuted in the '80s, this GEL-Kayano 26 arrives in two clean cut colour schemes, including "Birch White" and "Black", the latter of which is definitely the highlight. Extremely conceptual, both models are adorned with elements from Westwood's iconic sack shoe, overlaid atop a premium leather and mesh construction.

ASICS' signature Tiger Stripes shoot across the laterals and medials, and down below, you'll be presented with a FlyteFoam midsole complete with GEL cushioning for maximum comfort and support. Rounding it all off is Viv's legendary Orb logo at the heel, finalising the design.
