Back in 2018, Ye decided to switch up the 350 V2 formula by introducing the monofilament mesh stripe. Since then, every single colourway that's dropped has featured this unique design element. With that said, it looks like the American rapper and designer will be throwing things back as we take our very first look at the Yeezy Boost 350 V2 "Dazzling Blue"!
Bearing a striking resemblance to 2016's "Black Friday" Pack which includes classics such as the "Oreo", this Yeezy features a stealthy "Core Black" Primeknit upper while a royal blue stripe shoots across the lateral sides. "SPLY-350" makes a triumphant return, and while we still don't know what this actually stands for even five years later, we're glad that it's back.
Thick rope laces tie everything together, and the signature stitching runs across the centre of the 350. While there's no visible adidas branding, the heel is decorated with 3M Three Stripes as a nod to the German giant.
Underneath all of this is the iconic ribbed midsole that has been a Yeezy staple since 2015. This is infused with Boost technology for comfort and cushioning that continues to lead the charge even all these years later.
The adidas Yeezy Boost 350 V2 "Core Black Dazzling Blue" is rumoured to drop on Spring 2022. These mock-ups were created by @charlescharlyc, and while there may be a few tweaks here and there when they finally release, they're pretty accurate. Let us know if you'll be going for these early next year, and in related news, the Yeezy Boost 350 V2 "Blue Tint" restock has been delayed!
