The Yeezy Boost 700 "Sun" is Rumoured to Arrive in Early 2021

The Yeezy Boost 700 “Sun” was first previewed back in August when Kanye West himself took to Twitter to share images of his studio in Wyoming along with a whole range of Yeezy samples. While back then it was unclear whether the pair would release, it now looks like the OG Wave Runner silhouette is set to make a comeback!

Thanks to reliable sneaker source Yeezy Mafia, we now have reports that the pair will be titled “Sun” and are set for a release in early 2021. Fans of the OG 700 have been eagerly anticipating a new colorway, so this news is set to please a lot of sneakerheads!

Dressed in a vibrant yellow shade, these 700s follow on from Mr West’s current obsession with eye-catching colours. The construction will mirror that of the OG Wave Runners, with mesh, leather and suede forming a retro-inspired panelled upper for a sporty aesthetic.

Hits of grey, green, orange and black are also present throughout the sneakers, once again reminiscent of the original release. The chunky midsole is decked out in laser orange and conceals full-length Boost cushioning, meaning these are ideal daily steppers for long periods of wear.
