Painted in an all-black colourway, the mysterious chunky sneaker looks like an original silhouette from Rei Kawakubo. Crafted from leather, a bespoke chain links the lateral and medial side panels and features a large "COMME des GARÇONS"; logo. To fasten to sneaker, three velcro straps grace the vamp, fitting seamlessly into today's retro dad sneaker trend.
