Building on its 90s inspired skate silhouettes collection earlier this summer, HUF is back with yet another selection of stylish goods. This time the Californian brand is celebrating legendary musician and Jazz's Prince of Darkness, Miles Davis.
For the unfamiliar, Miles Davis was an American trumpeter, bandleader and composer. Often regarded as one of the 20th centuries' most influential figures, Miles Davis was truly an icon in both Jazz and music in general. With 8 Grammys and 32 nominations, his talent as a musician was undeniable.
This latest HUF collection looks to the "Electric Miles" era of the 70s and 80s and uses the musician's album covers, live performances and even his own style for inspiration. The clothing offerings consist of varsity jackets, crewnecks, hoodies, open-collar shirts, T-Shirts and sweatpants, all of which have been topped of by select accessories including bucket hats, caps, socks and two skateboard decks.
Standout pieces from the collection sport a "Bitches Brew" logo motif, aptly named after Miles Davis 1970s record. In addition, several trumpet signatures are featured throughout celebrating his key instrument.
The full collection is available now on HUF's website, so don't miss out on this one! In other news, Fucking Awesome keep it colourful for Fall/Winter '21.
