Bad Bunny is kicking off January in style. Hot on the heels of his album Debí Tirar Más Fotos, the Puerto Rican superstar's latest sneaker collaboration with adidas, the Bad Bunny x adidas Ballerina, has been unveiled in detail, showcasing two upcoming colourways.
Technically, this isn’t the first time we’ve seen these adidas sneakers. Back in June 2024, Bad Bunny was spotted wearing them during Paris Fashion Week as he left a restaurant with Kendall Jenner. Now, we’re getting a closer look at both colourways, which briefly appeared on retailer 7017Reign before being removed.
According to adidas representatives, the Ballerina silhouette draws inspiration from the adidas Taekwondo. For this collaboration, Bad Bunny and adidas have reimagined the design with unique details, including suede overlays on the toe and heel, bungee cord laces, and the signature “benito” nickname embroidered near the iconic adidas stripes.
Additionally, the size tag is displayed on the exterior in a stylish inside out aesthetic, reminiscent of Bad Bunny’s recent Gazelle Indoor release.
The Bad Bunny x adidas Ballerina is tentatively scheduled to drop on 1st February, 2025, though that date may serve as a placeholder until an official release is confirmed. Stay tuned for updates as we get closer to launch, and don’t forget to hit 'Notify me' so you won’t miss when these go live!
