It’s hard to deny that Travis Scott is one of the biggest names in the sneaker sphere right now, his presence as a collaborator is simply unmatched. While his recent three-way effort with fragment Design and Jordan Brand was an absolute hit, it seems that there might just be another Air Jordan 1 OG Low release en-route that features Scott’s signature backwards Swoosh branding.
Travis first worked on the AJ1 OG Low back in 2019 when he launched a “Mocha” colourway, with the model skyrocketing back into popularity since. Rumour now has it that two more colourways of the silhouette are set to release in 2022, with fans of the Houston-based rapper already eagerly anticipating more details.
As of yet details are scarce, so it’s not clear how the colourways will look, although several mock-ups are currently circulating that showcase both a black and white pair and a greyscale pair. It’s highly likely that the design of the sneakers will remain similar to the previous releases, however materials could be subject to changes as we’ve seen both suede and leather variants across previous releases.
