Following its wildly popular Nike React Element 87 collection, UNDERCOVER has now reunited with Nike for not one, but TWO brand new sneaker collaborations. Unveiled during the Japanese label’s Paris Fashion Week Fall/Winter 2019 showcase, the power duo will be taking on the Air Max 720 and a yet-unnamed sneakerboot.
Images courtesy of Highsnobiety, the co-brand Air Max 720 is set to release in a slew of vibrant colourways, and will feature a speckled design that resembles a paint splatter. “We make clothes not noise” text graces the side of the sneaker’s Airbag, while the conventional laces have been swapped out for a silky ribbon. To round it off, UNDERCOVER branding adorns the toe box.
The sneakerboot, on the other hand, sits atop a full length React foam sole unit, and boasts an upper crafted from leather and nubuck overlays. Featuring plenty of intriguing design elements, a zip runs down the front, while TPU straps are seen on either side of the ankle opening.
Pretty much nothing else is known about the UNDERCOVER x Nike Fall/Winter 2019 collection, so be sure to keep it locked at The Sole Supplier for more news as it develops. In related news, here’s your first look at the Gyakusou x Nike Zoom Pegasus Turbo!
