UNIQLO UT Gives Us a Nostalgic Reminder of Playstation's Origins With Latest Capsule

It's actually quite difficult to believe the original PlayStation came out almost 29 years ago, in 1994. The now-revered gaming platform has seen a total of five new iterations since its inception, but this latest UNIQLO UT collaboration is taking things down memory lane all the way to the PS1's origins through to the current PS5 console.

UNIQLO UT x Sony have come together to celebrate the Playstation's lineage through a selection of graphic T-Shirts, with each bearing an illustrative nod to their respective eras. Take the PS1 version, for example. This piece sports a white backing hue accented by a multicoloured drawing of the original PS1 console and controller. In addition, the brand's logo in its original font can be seen underneath.

For the PS2, the duo has simply illustrated the four key buttons of triangle, circle, x, and square with their corresponding bright colours.
