Off the back of its nostalgic collaboration with Playstation, UNIQLO UT has returned with yet another co-signed effort, this time with Hypebeast. Entitled “UT Hypebeast Community Center,” this latest link-up celebrates community clubs through four well-known co-creators envisioning how the Hypebeast community would look in UNIQLO's universe.
UNIQLO UT's Creative Director and Japanese artist Kosuke Kawamura has taken the lead on this collab, handpicking four diverse clubs. Included, we see offerings from Sean Wotherspoon, Actual Source, FaZe Clan and Peaches, with each offering track jackets, hoodies, T-Shirts and more. With UNIQLO's quality silhouettes playing host, each party has delivered their own signature looks and relevant graphic motifs.
Naturally, for many sneakerheads, Sean Wotherspoon's name might be the most recognisable on the list. For his portion of the collaboration, Sean has readied a "Wotherspoon Collectors Club" design, showcasing his ever-present playful take on things. Elsewhere, gaming squad and media platform FaZe Clan has created designs complete with cartoon computers and its famed doubled-edge logo. The full UNIQLO UT x Hypebeast collection will launch on February 13th online at stores globally. In other fashion news, Palace launches an extensive preview at its upcoming Spring 2023 collection.
