It's so strange to think that the Dunk Low is now one of the most popular silhouettes in existence. Once an understated model that was worn mostly by skaters, it has now risen to the ranks of the Air Force 1 and Air Max 1, thanks to style icons like Travis Scott and Virgil Abloh. Now, the Beaverton brand have teamed up with California-based StrangeLove Skateboards for the StrangeLove Skateboards x Nike SB Dunk Low, and we think we're in love.
A shoe that we got a sneak peek of at the end of last year, StrangeLove's Dunk Low is dressed in a variety of sultry materials. Smooth pink suede panels make up the upper, while a soft red velvet sockliner and Swoosh give the shoe a seductive aesthetic.
Co-branded detailing graces the tongue, while the Cali brand's skull heart motif is embroidered at the heel. To round it all off, they've also infused the midsole with heart-shaped glitter that you can see through the transparent rubber outsole.
At this moment in time, a release date for the StrangeLove Skateboards x Nike SB Dunk Low has yet to be confirmed, but our sources are pointing at a Valentine's Day drop. Let us know what you think of this collaboration, and be sure to keep it locked at The Sole Supplier for the hottest sneaker news and releases!
