Yoon Unveils Military Inspired AMBUSH x Converse Collaboration

Following her prominent partnership with Nike, Dior Men's jewellery designer Yoon Ahn is back with a new collaborative project, equipped with army inspired flair.

The AMBUSH DESIGN co-founder debuted her latest foray into footwear on Instagram, unveiling that the label has teamed up with Converse to create an AW19 sneaker boot.

Arriving in black and white, this extended high top silhouette is based on the vintage winter boots that Converse once produced for the US military.

Available in unisex sizing, this canvas adorned shoe stands out with a super stacked sole unit and an elongated lacing system, while bold AMBUSH branding is stamped at the heel in contrasting colours.

Quirky instructional text completes the look, including the utilitarian phrase, KEEP DOUBLE LACED TO HOLD FIRMLY, which aptly appears alongside the eyelets.
