Your First Official Look at the sacai x Nike VaporWaffles in "String Black/Villain Red" and "Tour Yellow"

Fresh off the back of the launch of the first two sacai x Nike VaporWaffle colorways, the Swoosh brand and Chitose Abe’s Japanese fashion label have just unveiled another duo of colorways, this time around coming in the form of “Sacai x Nike Vaporwaffle Villain Red” and “Sacai x Nike Vaporwaffle Tour Yellow”.

The previous release was one of the most hyped capsules of 2020 and we don’t expect this next drop to be any different. We’ve got a first look at both of the brand-new pairs in the form of official images right here at The Sole Supplier, so read on for more!

Both of these upcoming VaporWaffles are crafted from a variety of fabrics including suede, athletic mesh and premium leathers, with the carefully selected colorways perfectly complimenting the chunky looking silhouettes. In typical sacai fashion, both the Swooshes and tongues are doubled-up for a maximalist take on branding, while two sets of laces continue the mood.

Underfoot, a double-stacked midsole draws inspiration from retro runners, combining this vintage influence with modern-day aesthetics for an instantly-recognisable look. Of course, plenty of cushioning is concealed within to ensure that these are more than capable of enduring daily wear.

Both of the new sacai x Nike VaporWaffles are set to launch very soon, with the 17th December currently earmarked as a release date.
