Planet of the Apes-inspired Japanese streetwear brand, A BATHING APE, founded by the renowned fashion-and-music icon, Nigo, just dropped a World Cup sneaker trio. Meet one of them, the A BATHING APE BAPESTA Italy.

Covered in Italy’s national colours, this BAPESTA has a glossy patent leather upper. The toe cap is green, matching the BAPESTA Star gliding across both mid-panels of the shoe. The eye stay panel and the foxing are both a vibrant red. The toe box and the quarters are all in basic white. Branding comes in the form of BAPE branding in black and white on the tongue tab and a metallic silver BAPE head lace deubré. A white sole unit featuring an embossed BAPE text logo in green rounds out the style of this sneaker.
