Paris Fashion Week always brings heat, but yesterday’s pop‑up at Solebox didn’t just turn heads, it stitched together heart and heritage. London‑based Beautifully Said and Tokyo’s Casanova Vintage teamed up for a take‑over that felt less like retail and more like culture in motion.
From the moment you stepped into the transformed Café Inn, there was an energy that buzzed somewhere between a gallery opening and your favourite underground party. Thierry Tek of Beautifully Said and Naoto Watanabe of Casanova Vintage are clearly friends first, collaborators second, and their chemistry set the tone for a space that was warm, inviting and full of stories.
The limited‑edition capsule was equal parts romantic design and meticulous vintage sourcing, a tangible narrative of both brands’ worlds colliding. We saw pieces that nodded to Beautifully Said’s emotional depth and others that perfectly captured Casanova’s rare Japanese gems. It was fashion as artefact, and the crowd agreed: the vibe was electric.
Among the rare Japanese gems on display? Chrome Hearts leather bags and a pair of vintage Chanel ear muffs that had collectors doing double takes. And just when we thought the energy couldn’t get any higher, Streamer royalty Kai Cenat pulled up, proving the pop-up wasn’t just for fashion heads, but for culture movers, too.
Our social team was on the ground capturing reactions from visitors and owners alike, and the feedback was unanimous, this wasn’t just a pop‑up; it was a celebration.
Shoutout to the team for pulling off an activation that felt both effortless and deeply intentional. From surprise in‑store moments to genuine conversations with collectors, this was one for the books.
Paris Fashion Week may offer plenty to see, but this takeover? Pure joy.
