Unheardof x adidas Adistar Control 5 Doggy Runner

The Unheardof x adidas Adistar Control 5 "Doggy Runner" pays tribute to Otto, the rescue dog of Unheardof founder Phil Lipschutz. Black pony hair underlays form the base, with nubuck overlays adding texture and cream faux fur running along the Three Stripes. Pink on the tongue and lace tips nods to a dog's tongue, while a yellow accent lifts the multicolour outsole. Otto appears as a stitched portrait on the left tongue, which also hides a working squeaker. Paw print graphics mark the toe and right heel. Inside, the tongues read 'Ok Sit' and 'Ok, Give Me Paw', and the insoles show Otto alongside his favourite toys. Green 'Doggy Runner' embroidery at the heel carries 3M reflective detailing. Its message encourages adopting dogs from shelters, and a kids' version called the 'Puppy Runner' extends the story to younger feet. Unheardof is the exclusive retailer for this design.
