adidas Gazelle Magic Beige

Did you know that the adidas Gazelle caused a bit of a scandal in the 1972 Summer Olympics? Swimmer, Mark Spitz, won a staggering seven gold medals at the time and was noted for holding his blue Gazelle shoes up high before and after the National Anthem, causing the International Olympics committee to put its foot down regarding product placement. Get your hands on a piece of history. Take a closer look at one of the model’s latest iterations, the adidas Gazelle “Magic Beige”.

This Gazelle has an all-suede beige upper from heel to toe. The plush tongues and mesh sock liners follow suit. The jagged-edged 3-Stripes on both the medial and lateral mid-panels are in contrasting dark chocolate brown, matching the smooth leather heel tabs. Gold foil branding on the tongues, quarter panels and the heel tabs add a luxe touch to the shoe. An all white OG sole unit with a honeycomb-patterned outsole finishes off the design of this sneaker.
