The Neighborhood x adidas Iniki Boost Black could be the collaboration of the year. Given the hype for this inspired creation, that’s no exaggeration. The Japanese street-wear label has managed to re-create the recently debuted silhouette in premium and understated detailing from heel to toe – just what you’d expect from such a high profile collab.
Teaming up with adidas, Neighborhood takes the hugely popular Iniki Runner and imparts their sense of street style. Unlike any other Iniki launched to date, this pair will feature a Primeknit crafted upper. That lightweight material extends across the entire shoe, hitting everything in sight with the exception of those suede crafted three stripes and that heel counter at the rear.
A blacked-out midsole is another first for adidas’s Iniki Range. It looks just as good as you’d imagine, contrasted by a white coloured outsole underfoot. To complete the look, Neighborhood branding features across the sidewall and also hits the heel in oversized white coloured text.
Although there’s no official release date for the Neighborhood x adidas Iniki Boost Black, sources are suggesting a summer launch.
