German sportswear powerhouse adidas launches an array of Handball Spezial colourways draped in seasonal pigments to maintain the silhouette’s steadfast presence in the adidas Originals roster. With the sneaker scene shifting its attention towards terrace trainers and retro kicks, the sleek late ‘70s model is ready to shine under the spotlight. Among the fan-favourite styles is the “Maroon Black”, clad in an autumn-ready makeover.

Legendary designer and adidas SPZL curator Gary Aspden gave the Handball a new lease on life with an updated lifestyle-focused version called Handball Spezial. This colourway flaunts a maroon suede base, accented with black and white leather 3-Stripes on the sides. Gold “Spezial” branding on the lateral panel adds a pop of colour, highlighting a signature detail spotted on archival adidas sneakers. Meanwhile, a classic adidas Handball Spezial label adorns the tongue. The dark gum rubber sole completes the versatile look of this retro-inspired model.
