The adidas Spezial Collection is a celebration of vintage footwear, remixed for the modern day. Thes Glenbuck SPZL is actually a homage to a rare silhouette found in an old collector’s stash.
A premium combination of suede and nylon covers the upper, featuring in a subtle shade of off-white. This shoe has close similarities to the adidas I-5923 which also features robust synthetic eyelets and three stripes to the sidewall. On this pair, they provide a nice contrast in navy and red. The look is finished with a chunky midsole shaped from hard-wearing PU foam and finished with a web pattern – a common feature amongst vintage footwear.
