Making its presence felt on the pitch, the adidas Spezial division unveils an exclusive football collection featuring legendary silhouettes from the 3-Stripes archive. The collection sees Gary Aspden and his creative team formulate fresh ideas for the classics whilst paying respects to their original designs. This adidas SPZL Mundial Team Turf “Black” headlines the lineup, a modern-day reinterpretation of the iconic Copa Mundial from ‘79.

This football cleat flaunts a black leather upper with a smooth suede T-toe overlay replacing the typically quilted forefoot. Crisp white 3-Stripes sit on the sidewalls, accentuated with a gold foil “Mundial SPZL” label on the lateral panel. Red plastic eyelets complement the Trefoil logos on the rear for a pop of colour. The long foldover tongue displays a massive Mod Trefoil symbol as a nod to the Spezial franchise. A brown EVA midsole sits underfoot for ample impact protection, propped up by the classic lug outsole designed to deliver excellent traction on the turf.
