The Stan Smith has undergone a massive transformation in 2016 with countless new designs for this iconic silhouette. That includes the full woven Stan Smith and the more recent Y-3 collaboration which featured a ‘Zip’ design.
Now adidas are tinkering with this classic tennis shoe once again. The soft and flexible properties of Primeknit have been matched with wool. It promises both warmth and comfort which couldn’t come at a better time. As the onset of autumn and winter draws near, this silhouette could be hugely popular. It’s matched with a contrasting white overlay to the rear, a set of red laces and OG branding to the tongue.
