Here we take an in-depth look at the adidas Stan Smith x Alife x Starcow. This premium rendition arrives as part of the ongoing Consortium tour which sees two brands join together for an exclusive adidas release.
This time around, it’s the turn of New York based Alike and Parisian retailer Starcow. As you’d expect, the result is both stylish and ‘street’ inspired, a must-have for any collector of iconic footwear.
Premium white leather covers the upper of the Stan Smith, a shoe which has enjoyed countless exclusives over the years. This pair sits in a league of its own thanks to the refined detailing throughout. It’s a shoe that puts all emphasis on the monochromatic leather with that white colourway hitting everything in sight.
Embossed logos are featured throughout with both Alife’s and Starcow’s insignia embedded to that white leather. As another homage to each brand, both the US and French flag make an appearance at the heel. A set of cream laces are included and an oversized tongue is another contemporary reference.
