Brazilian brand CARNAN joins ASICS as they embark on their first collaborative project featuring limited-edition footwear and apparel. The collection embraces a utilitarian-inspired take on the Japanese sportswear brand’s products, a nod to the theme centred around the “path” and the “desire to simply go”. The CARNAN x ASICS Gel-Quantum 360 “Path” incorporates an earthy colour palette, giving the shoe a trail-ready aesthetic to match the outdoor-centric apparel.
This technical trainer features a brown ripstop mesh underlay with suede overlays covering the toe, eyestay, rear, and pull tab. The signature Tiger Stripes utilise a synthetic material to reinforce the sidewalls. Blue embroidered “CARNAN” branding adorns the lateral rear, complementing the co-branded logos on the heel panel and sockliners. The mesh tongue boasts a blue ASICS tag for a pop of colour, while the quilted interiors provide additional comfort and structure. The black foam midsole carries a full-length Scutoid GEL structure, ensuring superior cushioning and impact protection. An extra-durable rubber compound bolsters the rugged outsole to deliver all-terrain traction. This pair includes two additional laces in two-tone brown and cream white.
