Cars x Crocs Classic Clog Lightning McQueen

Embodying the essence of sport mode, Crocs teams up with Pixar's Cars franchise to honour the lead protagonist and Rust-eze hotshot race car, Lightning McQueen. Instantly sold out during its debut in 2021, Crocs re-released the Classic Clog “Lightning McQueen” several times thanks to popular demand.

First released in 2006, Cars became one of the most renowned animated movie franchises produced by Pixar Animation Studios. Its immense popularity resulted in the release of two sequels in 2011 and 2017. Mirroring McQueen’s anthropomorphic features, this collaborative Crocs Classic Clog rendition arrives in a monotone red Croslite upper embellished with the titular character’s windscreen as eyes and his mouth headlining the front area. Meanwhile, the glossy sidewalls showcase Lightning McQueen brand sponsorships, signature #95, headlight, and Rust-eze branding. A yellow Crocs label decorates the heel midsole for additional detail. The red outsole delivers reliable traction from the starting point until the finish line, living up to Lightning’s signature “Ka-Chow” catchphrase.

While the Lightning McQueen Crocs were originally released only in children's sizes, a 2017 petition that received almost 300,000 supporters convinced Crocs to produce adult sizes for the 2021 release.
