Taking cues from New Balance’s golden era of performance runners, the 471 "Great Plains" is a retro-laced nod to the '70s with just the right dose of modern flair. This silhouette taps into NB's deep track-side roots, but reworks them for the daily rotation with updated textures and colour treatments.

The upper pairs soft lilac mesh with rugged tan hairy suede overlays, delivering a contrast that feels both fresh and well-worn. The bold red ‘N’ logo adds a punch of attitude, while the angular “fang” detail at the toebox throws back to OG NB design language in unmistakable fashion. Underfoot, a wedge-shaped EVA midsole gives a comfortable, slightly elevated feel, and the herringbone rubber outsole keeps traction on point for every step.
