Aime Leon Dore x New Balance 650R Red

Though he's now at the head of New Balance's Made in USA line, work doesn't stop there for Teddy Santis. For his next trick, the designer returns to where it all started, with another collab under his Aimé Leon Dore imprint on the way. Following a similar formula to the duo's previous release, the Aimé Leon Dore x New Balance 650R "Red" builds on top of the high-top basketball- silhouette, so here's what to expect from the upcoming pair.

Though previous versions of the collaborative sneaker arrived in an all-leather construction, the "Red" ALD x NB 650R arrives in a mix of suede and mesh. A washed, garnet tone dresses the entirety of these suede panels, while the off-white mesh collar and toebox provide a pop of contrast that also manages to emulate vintage vibes. The aged look then continues on the 'N' logo and sole unit, with both arriving in a creamy colour to complete the shoe's retro look and feel.
