Part of a wider collection inspired by the upcoming Olympic games, other silhouettes have featured a similar colourway include the Presto, Uptempo and Pegasus. In 1996 the Atlanta Olympics got underway with the late Muhammed Ali lighting the torch to signify the start of games. It will forever go down in sporting history, as will America’s successful winning streak on the track. Paying homage to that 1996 US Olympic team, this pair is stamped with a gold Swoosh across the sidewall. It goes without saying, but this comes to represent that winning medal.
