Air Jordan 1 Low Craft Inside Out Tan Brown

Continuing on with the Craft series is this rendition of the Air Jordan 1 Low which arrives alongside a mid-cut version in this “Tan Brown” colourway. Once again, the palette looks to a range of nature-inspired brown and clay tones that look good all year around. Featured on the upper are a heap of deconstructed touches that represent the “Inside Out” theme, a fun concept from the people over at Jordan Brand.

An orange canvas tongue rises from underneath the off-white laces, ready for the heat that both the sun and this release bring. The toe box panel now overlays the front portion of the shoe, nodding towards the reversed motif. On the other end, the exposed mesh on the ankle collar and the irregular stitching on the Swoosh tell a similar story. Embroidered on the heel is the Wings Insignia, away from its usual position on general release AJ1 Lows but sits comfortably in its newfound place. The mixture of materials enhances the shoe’s colourway, further separating the different brown hues that construct the upper. If you’re a fan of classy colour palettes or deconstructive elements then this is a strong addition to the collection.
