It looks like there’s another Travis Scott x Nike Air Jordan 1 release following the women’s Travis Scott x Air Jordan 1 Low OG “Olive”. However, it’s not a regular Air Jordan 1, but rather the Air Jordan 1 Low Golf. This development follows after rumours that there will be no more Travis Scott x AJ1 releases in the future. Cactus Jack’s signature reverse Swoosh and logos emerge on the Travis Scott x Air Jordan 1 Low Golf “Olive Black”.
Travis Scott’s collaboration with Jordan Brand and Nike is back in full swing after a brief hiatus from late 2021 to May 2022. Multiple releases soon followed, including the Air Trainer 1, Air Max 1, and two Air Jordan 1 Low renditions. The Air Jordan 1 Golf is a crossover between two sports as the iconic 1985 basketball shoe gets a modified outsole for the fairway. While the upper construction remains the same, the outsole features thicker grooves to grip grass and other surfaces on a golf course. The spikeless outsole works as any other outsole but with a harder rubber compound. This collaboration marks the first golf shoe with Cactus Jack’s stamp of approval.
The colourway features an olive-brown suede base with clean white leather overlays. Reverse Swooshes on the lateral sides come in black, while sail white accents adorn the tongue with Jumpman Golf and Cactus Jack labels. The white midsole and olive rubber outsole complete this modified Air Jordan 1 Low.
