Nike Air Max 1 Clear Jade

This Air Max 1 combines classic tooling and bright hues that are perfect for the warmer weather ahead. Summer and Air Max 1s go together like peas and carrots, its lightweight and breathable qualities that made these an ideal running shoe when they first dropped are now ideal for enjoying the hotter temperatures. Nike knows this best, recently releasing an Air Max 1 Slide which is sure to hit the poolside in 2023. However, if that’s not your cup of tea then this “Clear Jade” edition should definitely do the trick!

Delivered in a classic mix of white mesh and grey suede panels, these look like they’ve come straight out of Portland Headquarters in 1987. Sat atop your standard white midsole, a supple blue leather forms the mudguard and Swoosh, two key panels when creating a new AM1 make-up. Continuing that blue theme are the top eyelets as well as branding on the tongue label and heel, rounding off the palette for the upper. The last time we saw a similar colourway was on the “Baby Blue” iteration from 2018 and even the UNC Jewel edition the year before that, both of which were massive hits at the time.
