Piquing the interest of old-timers and new-gen collectors, Nike Sportswear reintroduces the Air Max 95 Zip “Black”. Introduced in 2001 as the Z variant, this zip-up version offers a radical design overhaul to the legendary Air Max shoe, which has constantly divided fans’ opinions since its launch. This 2025 edition celebrates the 30th anniversary of the original model, marking one of the most surprising comebacks on the market.

These 110s flaunt a blacked-out hairy suede base layer with a smoother nubuck texture on the zip-up shroud. This cover reveals the traditional lacing system we know and love, plus the iconic pill logo on the tongue. An embroidered silver Swoosh decorates the lateral panel, complementing the Nike branding on the rear and sockliner. The most notable update is found in the heel, which incorporates an enlarged Max Air bubble with a horizontal seam for better cushioning and shock absorption. Meanwhile, the slimmer unit in the forefoot delivers stability and responsiveness. The TPU shank plate provides arch support underfoot, reinforced by a grippy waffle rubber sole.
