It may offer a glimpse into the future of sneaker footwear, in a world where lightweight and durable metals have replaced conventional suede or leather. Judging by the contemporary and sleek look of this design, the future can’t come quick enough.
Affectionately known as the t-shirt for your feet, Nike changed the game with the Presto. It brought a level comfort never before seen on a running silhouette. A neoprene inner lining gave lightweight durability and that snug, lock down fit. This design stays true to that original design ethos, despite the handful of newer models which have come stamped with mesh or Flyknit.
A neoprene inner lining is met with a distinctive metal mesh surround for the toe region. Iridescent material gives a sheen and pops in a kaleidoscope of colours when hit with direct light. To compliment this space age look, a silver coloured metal lace surround features and the shoe sits on a white midsole. Finally, black makes an appearance to the rear and a set of grey laces are included.
